Read below to see the steps that are involved in your process from start to end so you have no surprises along the way.
The process starts when you contact us. Whether your project is BIG or small we treat you as our number one client giving the same attention.
FREE - NO OBLIGATION.
You will receive an email or a call from us, to get started on your project. During this "Discovery" call we will see if "YOU" + "US" are a fit, and what services you need. We never push services onto a client that is not needed.
The representative you spoke to will take about 24 hours and research different options for you. we want to make sure we are going to make you successful in the areas that fit your needs.
Your representative will contact you and set up a second zoom/phone call so "YOU" + "US" can put your plan together and get started on your project.
From the time you made contact with us until this point can be 24 hours or 1 month. However much time YOU need to decide on your project. Remember this is about you, not us, so never feel pressured into a decision.
After everything is squared away with you and your representative, he will introduce you to your account manager. This will be your GO-TO person who will make sure your project stays on task. He/She reviews EVERY SINGLE PROJECT EVERY DAY. Regardless of the size, your project will be reviewed Daily until it is complete.
Your account manager will send you some questionnaires regarding your project so everyone is on the same page. If you need help filling these out, he/she will be happy to help you with that. While you filling out your questionnaire, on our end your account manager will be setting everything up and your account for the project to begin.
Your project will now begin. Depending on the type of package or project you signed up for will depend on the time it takes to get your project completed. But do not worry, your account manager will email you weekly (or more) to let you know how your project is doing. If your project requires zoom meetings, or reports, those will be provided to you as well.
After your project is complete. It will be time to get you to sign off on it. We never want you to sign off unless you are 100% happy with how things turned out. We will also have you fill out 1 last questionnaire to let us know how we did and where we can improve. We hope this isn't the last project you do with us as we continue to work to please our clients.
Some projects require maintenance after the project is done. We never assume a client wants maintenance or wants us to provide the service. However we will ALWAYS ask if you are interested continued maintenance or additional services. Please do not feel pressured into this. We again want to do what is best for you and your project
